Queer Perspectives

I'm really moved by the Queer perspectives in this story, which provide context for the lifestyle struggle in the 60's. If you are someone who is able to operate in the world with even a passive level of empathy for others you "know of" the historical struggle the queer community has faced (and continue to experience) just to exist in the world openly.

Phil's storyline lets you live in a moment in time when "coming out" and self-discovery happened in tandem. Information on being queer is scarce for this character and self-discovery doesn't really begin until Alice takes Phil under her wing.
